DESCRIPTION

ForceSurf 5900 is an Engineered Bio base technology for lowering surface tension in fractionally wetted, low permeability reservoirs. The product is a high-performing non-ionic surfactant with excellent non-emulsifying properties. ForceSurf 5900 can be used as a wetting agent in both primary and secondary stimulation fluids and full reservoir clean-up. Suitable in both water and diesel base fluids.

CUSTOMER NEED

A high-performing and economical surfactant that maximizes hydrocarbon recovery in complex fractionally wetted reservoirs. These surfactants must be capable of reducing interfacial and surface tension at a competitive cost while maximizing total load recovery.

FORCE CHEM SOLUTION

The FORCE CHEM ForceSurf 5900 biosurfactant is a preferred, cost-effective alternative to incumbent nonionic workhorse products with lower surface tension and interfacial tension properties at treatment rates of 0.5 to 1.0 gpt. Using ForceSurfTM 5900 lowers costs and extends hydrocarbon production. Additionally, Force Chem's water based surfactant is readily miscible in formation waters increasing its penetrate properties. The ForceSurf 5900 surfactant is manufactured from biological sources with a low carbon footprint as compared to analogs from fossil fuel sources. Typical treatment is 0.5 to 2.0 gpt.
