ForceBreak NE 777 is an Engineered Bio based technology emulsion breaker for water-in-oil and oil-in-water emulsions. ForceBreak NE 777 is a high-performing non-ionic surfactant that separates these fluids to improve petroleum production for our customers. Additionally, NE 777 is a low viscosity, water based product that is non-flammable, non-hazardous, and environmentally friendly.
Emulsion breakers are used to separate oil commonly produced from crude oil emulsions during well production. These emulsion breakers are used during the processing of crude oil any time after the oil drains from the reservoir rock. Crude oil is a mixture or emulsion of oil and formation waters that are typically saline. The formational waters also contain dissolved heavy metals and salts that create problems with the oil if not efficiently separated from the crude. These waters and its contaminants must be separated from the hydrocarbon fluid prior to transportation and refining.

The ForceBreak NE 777 bio-surfactant breaks crude oil rapidly and clearly in a cost effective manner. Typical treatments of 0.5 to 1.0 gallons per thousand (gpt) treat a range of oil types at various stages of field development. Our water based system readily mixes and develops clear water phase separation due to its high hydrophilic properties.
