DESCRIPTION

ForceSurf 2900 is an Engineered Bio based technology for lowering surface tension in fractionally wetted lowpermeability reservoirs. The product is a highly active, high performing non-ionic surfactant with excellent non-emulsifying properties. ForceSurf 2900 can be used as a wetting agent in both primary and secondary stimulation fluids and full reservoir clean up. ForceSurf 2900 is compatible in slick water, gel and acid based fluid systems. ForceSurf 2900 has a typical treatment range from 0.5 gpt to 2.0 gpt.

CUSTOMER NEED

A high-performing and economical surfactant that maximizes hydrocarbon recovery in complex fractionally wetted reservoirs. These surfactants must be capable of reducing interfacial and surface tension at a competitive cost while maximizing total load recovery.

FORCE CHEM SOLUTION

FORCE CHEM ForceSurf 2900 replaces commonly used nonionic surfactants with low surface tension and interfacial tension properties which are used at treatment rates of 0.5 to 2.0 gpt depending on the reservoir. Using ForceSurf 2900 lowers costs and extends hydrocarbon production as compared to similarly performing surfactants in the industry.Additionally, our water based surfactant is readily miscible in formation waters increasing its penetrate properties. In the laboratory, this feature is illustrated in sequentially packed column tests with lower surface tension properties retained in the pore volume waters. ForceSurf 2900 is REACH certified and non- hazardous.
